Fun Typing IO

Fun Typing IO is a multiplayer typing game where you race opponents by typing words and sentences faster than they do. The faster and more accurately you type, the faster your character progresses toward the finish line. Mistype and you slow down or stall.

It's a typing tutor dressed as a competitive race. The word prompts scale in difficulty - common words give way to longer phrases, proper nouns, and tricky capitalization patterns. Players who type by touch pull ahead; hunt-and-peck players fall behind but still improve over sessions.

The multiplayer framing is the motivation. Racing live opponents creates pressure that solo typing drills lack, and the competitive element keeps you engaged longer than pure practice would. The leaderboard tracks words per minute and accuracy across sessions.
